Hi, can you please share your actor run with us? We can't help you until we have the information on your input, and what the logs are returning. Thank you, James
Hi there,
Thanks for sharing the run details. Looking at the logs, it's not that the actor has stopped working; it is simply following your specific filters.
If you check the Pipeline Labs Lead Viewer (https://pipelinelabs-dos.pages.dev/) with just the company keyword "otto wulff" and no other filters, you can see we actually have 19 leads in the database. However, none of those specific records currently have an email address. Since you have your filters set to "Has Email: True", the actor is correctly skipping those results.
To get better results, I recommend the following workflow:
Start Broad in the Viewer: Start with just a Country or Industry in the Lead Viewer (https://pipelinelabs-dos.pages.dev/) first. Search to see the total lead count, then add filters (like Job Title or Seniority) one by one. This prevents you from "over-filtering" and ending up with zero leads.
Broaden your Keywords: Instead of one specific company name, try searching for Industry keywords (e.g., "Construction" or "Real Estate") or search for Competitor domains in the same region.
Filter by Location/Size: If you need leads in a specific area, use the City or State filters combined with an Industry keyword rather than a single company name.
Using the Lead Viewer to "build" your search one filter at a time is the most efficient way to ensure the data you need exists before you commit to an extraction run.
I am going to close this issue for now, but if you reply to this message, we will be notified and can continue to assist you.
Best wishes,
James (Pipeline Labs Support)
Same settings and no results anymore, even made a plan specifically for it
